"Another Up the Butt Story", Way to Die #449, is the second death to be featured in the episode "Eat, Pray, Die", which aired on August 8, 2011.
Plot[]
Jason has a bachelor party the day before he is to be married. The bachelor party contains an exotic dancer who is being used as a human sushi bar. Mid-way through, the exotic dancer goes into the bathroom for a break, but Jason still wants to have sex with the stripper, so he follows her in. The stripper angrily shoves Jason onto the toilet, and Jason accidentally flushes it. Because the toilet was having repair work done, the flush causes the porcelain lid to fly off the toilet and shatter. In an attempt to run out, Jason slips, and impales himself through the rectum on a shard of the lid, killing him from exsanguination, much to the horror of the stripper.

Narrator: Mealtime was long over, but Jason was still hungry for more. Having sex in a bathroom with a drunk bachelor was not part of this party's girl's job description. She did her best hold off the horndog, until fate stepped in...and flushed this loser down the drain...forever.
