"Ass Phyxiated", Way to Die #451, is the first death to be featured in "Death Bites!", which aired on December 9, 2009, and the third death to be featured in the Death By Request: Special episode, which aired on October 24, 2011.
Plot[]
Raymond "Ray" Roberts was a chubby chaser who was helping women to lose weight. One day, he found a woman called herself "Big Bess" or "Big Bessie". She was 400 pounds and Ray knew he had hit the "mother-load". They have a couple of drinks and then go upstairs to the bed. They start off with oral stimulation. They eat donuts and they start having sex afterwards. Big Bess' heart couldn't take the stress and she was knocked unconscious, landing on top on Ray. Her ass crushes his chest and her breasts cover his face and he is unable to breathe. He finally asphyxiates to death, sending him to heaven.

- In this case Ray died happy and with a smile, because he died in someone that he love... Too bad for Big Bess because she can get a charge of involuntary homicide.
- This death scene is awarded the "Death During Sex" in the Death By Request: Special episode.
- This death is based on a 2006 death which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia when a fat wife (Fatimah Ramasamy Abdullah, 60) was helping her 66-year-old husband (Syed Dawood Ahmad) to bed and they both fell. Fortunately, the fat wife fell on the man and survived. Unfortunately, the man suffered heart problems and strokes and he tragically lost his life on the spotlight.
- Angelina Duplisea (who portrayed Big Bess) was later an interviewee in "Big Boned".
- The doggerel quote is a bit different in "Death by Request" except it says, "When it came to chubby chasing, Ray was a big game hunter. This time, the hunter became the prey. Game over."
- The narrator finishes the doggerel right as the death card appears, the sound effect for the death cards starts before he says "Ray" (the name of the victim)
- This death takes place a day after Die Laughing at the same location.
- The first interviewee in this segment also played the victim in Re-Tired.
