Whether is it through involvements in selling illicit goods (such as firearms, controlled drugs, etc.) or being associated with it in some way, these offenders, which are often part of syndicates that are not regulated by a government, and more often than not, the goods sold are more than capable of destroying the lives of untold innocent people.
(On a side note: 'Dis Still Killed 'Em is NOT COUNTED as the conditions at the time of the story's occurrence (for this case, the Great Depression Era from 1929 to 1939) have driven many people, including innocent people and the victims featured in the segment itself, to having no choice but to resort to making moonshine themselves for the purpose of sustainability, even if it is not right to do in a traditional sense.)
