Disobedient deaths

These people died as a result of refusing to obey laws/rules and people in authority. For instance, in Last Strike, a mean university football player continues drinking despite being told to quit, and, as a result, he hears the police approaching, runs into a mirror door, and dies when his throat is lacerated by a shard of glass. One of the most famous examples is in Mary Lou Rectum, where a selfish and bitter gymnast keeps jumping despite a maintenance worker reminding her that he's fixing the bars, and, as a result, she backflips and lands on a bar on her rectal uterine pouch, dying within seconds.
