It's no secret that many of the victims on 1000 Ways to Die were drunk or intoxicated. However, alcohol is not the only drug featured on this show as proven by these deaths, as there are in fact controlled drugs that are also involved as well.
And also not all drug people are bad some are good/neutral like some individuals here are either innocent vulnerable individuals that may require more protection or education for them to know better in an understandable fashion, or are people that usually had rights to try to recover from certain illnesses (often in the form of medication, although at times, such medication may require strict licenses or other supporting documents to be accessed, even to neutral/innocent individuals), and on a side note, the main driving factors that make the consumption of controlled drugs a "majorly bad action" include whether is it associated with criminal behavior major social risks, among other factors, so even if thinks that such things are "not that dangerous" to the individual, other factors like social and potential criminal risks had to be considered.
(Note: The drug people that are classified as offenders are mainly those who traffic, manufacture, import and export in controlled drugs, and before any of you get mad and yell out in dismay, yes, even kratom/mitragynine and cannabis (marijuana; including cannabis resin/hashish and cannabis mixtures) are clear examples of controlled drugs. Psychoactive substances also count in this side.
Sure, stories involving people like Bernie or Jewel may have actions that are considered questionable, but for the best, it is important to treat their stories as learning points, such as why is it vital to think twice before trying something, and why is it necessary to sometimes do some research before finding out if one should use it or not, especially regarding the aforementioned risks.
Most importantly, 1000 Ways To Die DOES NOT encourage or endorse the access, possession, consumption, trafficking, import, manufacturing, and export of drugs and alcohol. You can choose to make a choice, but you are better off being aware that one choice is the safer and potentially more legal option than the other, because especially in some countries, consuming controlled drugs or psychoactive substances overseas can be treated as if you had taken the drugs or substances in the original country itself, and that can be a problem. Therefore, if you want to live sensibly like in Premature Endings, it is best advised that you stay away from all kinds of controlled and psychoactive drugs, and make wiser decisions, even if they are sometimes difficult.)
