For most people who have sinned in the past, there is usually a point in life where they will seek to atone for their sins and seek redemption (as in learn from their mistakes to become good, or at least neutral). The victims in these segments on 1,000 Ways to Die, comprising of serious cases of having bad people and anti-villains, are NOT those people. Instead, they are rather habitual, recalcitrant and all the while relentless in their VERY bad habits, often having either very few redeeming qualities, or aggravating factors that stack up in an egregious fashion, and even if the person that dies is not Pure Evil or a Hate Sink, either of the criteria is already fulfilled enough.
These are people who you will make you say "good riddance", and rightfully so.
Infamous examples of victims who's deaths where a huge relief are: Ex-Squeezed; An irishman who tried to create an uprising by killing many innocent people and if he wouldn't have been caught hundreds of people would have been killed during said uprising (either by being executed, killed by guards on the spot or some members of the royal family would've been killed) meaning that the blood of many people would be on his hands and Rife-Ill; An infamous hitman who supported the Taliban and Al-Qaeda by killing those who dared to speak up and oppressed the people by fear and even lied to himself to the point he believed that he's doing the right thing and that this is what God would've wanted.
By the way, this category can also be called "Seriously bad people" judging from the criteria necessary in order for the death of a bad person and an anti-villain to be like this.
[On a side note: Even though ReTired and PISS OFFED have good people as victims (respectively Arthur who lived a long and rewarding life, and Casey who is a friendly and newly-recruited student that is sexually exploited against her will), they are counted here as they simultaneously feature seriously villainous people as victims as well. (respectively Shuggy who is a habitual if not recalcitrant criminal who has never made an honest amount of cash to sustain himself and never pursued his rehabilitation well, even after spending most of his life in prison for all of his previous and permanent criminal records for a long string of offenses, most notably robbery and theft, and Tommy who is a ski instructor that sexually exploits and sleeps with his female students, including Casey, and has a fetish so serious known as Urolagnia which keeps up with his perverted acts and schemes)]
