The dictionary definition of a "Karma Houdini" is used to describe a person who repeatedly gets away with bad behaviour without facing any consequences.
Normally, these are the cases where an intended rightful victim (as per 1000 Ways tradition, an evil bastard originally intended to be on the express ticket to Hell) gets away from their misdeeds scot-free while someone else, often innocent, dies in their place. There are depressingly numerous cases of this trope in action, and throughout those times, the "Antagonist Lives" category will be in place as well.
Ironically however, the ONLY FOUR examples of this where the "Antagonist Lives" category is in place with this trope are in Chucked Up, Mary-nated, The Chokes On You, and Homie-cide, as there are actually multiple segments where there are two or more bad guys, with a fraction of them dying, while the other fraction not being punished at all, which often leads to conflicts from the community in terms of discussing which of the bad guys are a lighter shade of bad (especially if any of those bad guys featured in that segment is actually an anti-villain compared to the rest of the more, SERIOUSLY VILLAINOUS individuals, whether are those worse ones either considered Pure Evil, Hate Sinks or just straight bad), which of them should've been punished instead and which one deserves it as it is.
Speaking of which, one good is example is in Bush Whacked 2: South of the Border, where two drug cartel members (Ricardo and Jorge) stole $8 million worth of controlled drugs from their crime boss, which the two men and the crime boss are already considered bad people. Ricardo and Jorge were later shot by their boss's bodyguard after trying to hide in a bush of Euphorbia Tirucalli and escaping after being unable to tolerate the blinding pain any further, so while Ricardo and Jorge did receive their consequences for being members of a drug cartel, trafficking, import, export and manufacture of controlled drugs, and the aforementioned act of theft, their boss and his bodyguard however, because they were major operators of the drug cartel, did not receive any punishment at all for abetment by conspiracy to traffic, import, export and manufacture in controlled drugs and offenses involving organized crimes. Other examples include some of those involving other organized crimes like Gang Banged and Dead Fella (excluding ones like Bomb-bino where the one that lives is the protagonist) and even being associated with other bad guys where they typically didn't die but only one of them died like in Skid Marked. Therefore, for the majority of such cases, DO NOT put in the "Antagonist Lives" category in place on the contrary.
