Neutral Bad people

These people are morally in the grey zone, not necessarily classified as either good or bad, but in general are more bad than good, since these victims use potentially immoral means towards the bad side (because of their close-calling selfishness or mildly sadistic attitudes). Some that are really bad may have redeemed, but still got not enough redemption to turn for the respectful, friendliness and sensibilities, and thus when they die, they still have just one place to go: Hell.
