Neutral People

These people who are easy to dislike, can also be easy to be friends with. They at times do good and bad things in opposite ways. Remember this; These average/decent/neutral people do have some people that root for them, and in the end, when they die, they can have a normal afterlife. (Note: Those deaths that feature victims in both this and "Good People" categories are classified as "Neutral Good people", while that feature victims in both this and "Bad people" categories are classified as "Neutral Bad people", and those that feature victims in this, "Bad people" and "Good People" categories are classified as "True Neutral people")
