"Chain On You", Way to Die #244, is the fifth death to be featured in "Grave Decisions: The Halloween Episode", which aired on October 31, 2011.
Plot[]
Leslie was a beginner motocross racer and a stupid, vengeful bitch who was willing to cheat to win. She and her arch-rival, Amber, competed on a beginner circuit and shared the dream of reaching the goal of fame and fortune, they competed in a race and Leslie soon took the lead, but she misjudged a corner and ended up smelling Amber's exhaust.
Leslie's mistake gave Amber the victory. If Amber got one more win, she would earn a place in the next professional competition.
Amber celebrated her victory while Leslie watched her jealous, believing that she should win, then Leslie saw a screw on the ground and decided to sabotage Amber and put the screw in the chain of her motorcycle.
When the next race was about to start, Leslie said that she should be there, but Amber didn't give it any importance.
Then the race started and Amber left, when suddenly, the screw made the chain of her motorcycle break and it flew and hit Leslie in the neck, the chain acted like a serrated blade, severing her skin, tissue and carotid artery, causing rapid bleeding of almost 1 liter per minute and death in a couple of minutes, sending this cheating and stupid bitch to Hell.

Narrator: Leslie & Amber are arch-rivals on an entry motocross circuit.
(Epic Rock Piece is playing)
Flagman/Marshal: Ladies, start your engines!
(Female moto racers start their engines)
Narrator: They both shared the same dream: Making it all the way to the big time. And the big money.
(The race starts, Having Fun is playing)
David "Shark" Fralick: A professional super war motocross rider, can make between 20,000 and 30,000,000 dollars. Depending on their sponsorship. Everything from... your helmet, to your underwear, to your boots, to the... oil that you use, everyone has a sponsor, and if you end up winning, then you make the big bucks and you can also do commercial endorsment.
Narrator: Leslie jumped out into an early lead.
(Suddenly, Leslie miscalculated a turn)
Narrator: But after miscalculating a turn, she was smelling Amber's exhaust. Leslie's mistake handed Amber the win.
(In the end, Amber wins the race; Leslie tosses her gloves of anger)
Narrator: One more victory, and Amber would earn a spot in an upcoming pro-level race.
(Later, Amber's ready for the next race)
Leslie: Stupid bitch...
([] is playing, Leslie sees a screw on the dirt)
Narrator: Being the vindictive type, she decided to sabotage her rival's chances.
(Leslie picks the screw up, places it on the chain of Amber's bike; move on to the next race)
Flagman/Marshal: Start your engines...
(Orchestra Leading to Death is playing, motocross riders start their engines)
Leslie: Should have been me up there...
(The race starts, Amber's bike's successfully sabotaged, but the chain flies off to Leslie's neck, all spectators shock, Impression Failure is playing, Leslie coughs blood)
Narrator: Her plan worked, but then broken chain flew off Amber's bike, and wrapped around Leslie's throat. She didn't plan... on that.
([] is playing, CGI chain got snapped by the screw, the chain flies off, grinds to the human's neck, dies, back to Leslie's death, security guards check her body)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: As extinguished motorcycle chain ripped through her neck tissues, it acted like serrated blade. Cutting her skin and some continuous tissues, as well as carotid artery. And this would've caused her to bleed out rapidly, and almost 1 liter per minute, causing death within couple of minutes.

- This is the second death to feature what actually happened different from the CGI format, the first being "Jablowni". The chain is sent into the saboteurs throat but in the CGI format it slits her throat and slides away from her throat.
- On Spike TV, the description mistakenly states that the chain flew into Leslie's eye socket and into her brain.
- Leslie's death is similar to that of Lumpy's death in Happy Tree Friends web series episode: "The Way You Make Me Wheel", Annie Phillips's death in the first Friday the 13th film, Admiral Robertson's death in Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan, Sergeant Botnick's death in Child's Play 3, and Maldito's death in Cock-A-Doodle-Die.
- This death is similar to Tow F.U., since it involves machinery breaking due to failure and a piece of the machinery leading to their death.
