"Curl Up And Die", Way to Die #786, is the first death to be featured in "Grave Errors", which aired on March 2, 2011.
Plot
Barry was a hairstylist. Barry liked seducing women with Quaalude. After giving rounds of Quaaludes to two female clientille, Barry then was alone strung out on his own Quaaludes. Barry, high and intoxicated on Vodka and Quaaludes, collapses, pressing his own neck on the curling iron. Barry's third customer/mistress finds him dead & bellows in horror.
