"DWI: Dying While Intoxicated", Way to Die #618, is the fifth death to be featured in "Today's Special: Death", which aired on August 1, 2011.
Plot[]
Tina, Shelly and Jessica were three divorcees who enjoyed drinking and smoking with their alimony and if the booze ran out they took turns going to the liquor store, that day it was Jessica's turn, she couldn't drive because a recent DUI arrest resulted in her car being impounded and her license being suspended, but she had one choice: her mower, Jessica said goodbye and went out to the garden,
When she left she destroyed garden decorations and after running a stop sign Jessica found the worst, a police officer began to follow her in his police car while telling her to stop the lawn tractor, with a top speed of 4 miles per hour, Jessica would only be able to escape if she ran off the road, she did so and distanced herself from the cop who realized that he would have to stop her.
Unfortunately for Jessica, she then went over some rocks and fell off the mower, the fall stunned her and the powerful 3200 RPM mower with 20 inches blades turned around and passed over her, pierced her tissues, her arteries and her bones and when doing so it only dropped to 2800 RPM, enough force to cut the rest of her body, shredding her and causing her to bleed in just seconds as her blood splattered all over the camera lens.

Trivia[]
- The date and location used for this death is exactly the same as Gum's The Word.
- This is one of 2 deaths caused by lawnmower blades. The other is Bot-ily Harm.
- Another reason why it is a bad idea to drive under the influence, even if it is a lawnmower, you can DIE!!!!
- This is also one of 2 deaths caused by vehicle doing a circle. The other is Skid Marked. However the lawnmower stopped by shredding Jessica, Nick, in other hand, he got crushed by an SUV but the SUV still rolling.
- This death is also slightly similar to Jersey Gore, where Nicky died because he got into the underside of a street sweeper and his body was torn apart there.
- It is based off the death of 63 year old Willie Werling. He was cutting the grass when he veered off the cart path down the hill while he was moving from one hole to the next. The sheriff's office said that when he fell off, the mower rolled on top of him and killed him.
- Jessica’s name may be based on Jessica Jung
- The riding lawnmower Jessica was relatively modern. Most riding lawnmowers require a safety switch under the seat of the mower to have a certain amount of weight on it for the engine to run. So the mower should’ve turned off the second Jessica falls off the seat. But this could also be the result of a faulty safety switch.
- Jessica's death is foreshadowed by her running over a plastic lawn flamingo.
- Jessica's death is somewhat similar to Professor Ludwig von Tökkentäkker's death in the 1998 arcade game CarnEvil.
Goofs[]
- Factual Error: Despite being set in California, the police car has a Florida license plate.
- Revealing Mistake: A dummy in Jessica's appearance is seen briefly in place of Jessica herself as the lawn mower turns over and is about to shred her to death. This is likely done to make the stunt a lot safer without causing any unnecessary harm to the actress who portrayed her, Alina Andrei.
