"Deadliest Munch", Way to Die #444, is the sixth death featured in "Death On Arrival", which aired on December 7, 2009.
Plot[]
Tanya and Sasha are a young lesbian couple (Sasha is the breadwinner while Tanya is the smoking hot housewife). After Tanya burns their dinner, she pulls off her robe, revealing "dessert", which is a candy bikini. As Sasha begins to chew on the G-string, it snaps, causing candy to lodge down her windpipe. She then chokes to death, sending her to heaven.
Transcript[]
(Sex Mex is playing, Tanya cleans the table)
Narrator: Tanya and Sasha were a same sex couple.
Tanya: Hey, baby.
Narrator: Sasha brought home to bacon. While Tanya played the smoking hot housewife.
Tanya: I have a surprise for you.
Narrator: But today, the smoke was coming from somewhere else.
(Sasha smells something)
Sasha: What's that smell?
([] is playing, as Tanya opens the oven, it turns out the dinner is burned)
Sasha: (Coughs)
Tanya: OH!!! POUF!!!
-Narrator: Tanya was hotter than a microwave.
-Tanya: Baby, I'm so sorry...!
Narrator: She just couldn't cook.
(Tanya puts the burned dinner into a sink)
Narrator: Dinner was burnt, but Tanya knew how to butter her breadwinner.
Tanya: I did make dessert...
(Tanya's second surprise: she reveals her candy bikini, Behind The Bowling Alley Funk is playing, Sasha is amazed)
Narrator: A gourmet body with a string candy topping,
(Sasha takes her "dessert" to the table, starts eating it)
Sasha: Come.
-Tanya: (Laughs of joy)
-Narrator: the perfect snack...for Sasha's sweet tooth.
Tanya: (Moans)
Aurora Snow: I think the edible underwear fits under sexuality, it's more like a teaser, it's like the building up. And that's why the nippling on the body or warming person a- getting a million rows before... harder stuff comes.
([] is playing, Sasha begins to bite some candies on Tanya's G-string)
Narrator: At the crucial moment, the candy G-string snapped. Sasha slurped,

Narrator: and the dinner was over.
(Sasha tries to pull the wire out but can't, she dies)
Tanya: Baby? Are you okay?
(Replay of Sasha chewing candy G-string)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: Chewing, is a very voluntary action but the moment they decide to swallow,
(CGI human chews and swallows the heart (In that case, 3 heart shape candies))
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: everything is involuntary. The... food particle was taking back in the pharynx, at the same time that she wanted to breathe...
(Back to replay of Sasha choking)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: probably from...being excited, gasping what not,
(3 heart candies, all together, block the throat, causes the human to choke, kneeling and finally dies)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: and ended up... essentially going down the wrong pipe, entering to trachea. She'll be unable to breathe, oxygen will continue to be deprived in the brain and she'll just die brain death.

Sasha: (Coughs)
Tanya: OH!!!
Narrator: The chicken took a lickin',
(Sasha eats "dessert")
Narrator: Tanya's candy was dandy,
Tanya: (Moans)
(The G-string snapped, Sasha is choked)
Narrator: but in the end, Sasha wound up... dead meat.
