"Electro-cutie", Way to Die #349, is the first death featured in "A New App Called Death", which aired on April 2, 2012.

Plot

There are things that one would never want to be, for example: The life of a Christmas party in an office in Madison. Carol was a part-time intern, and she was trying to use her assets to get a full-time job. During the office Christmas party, she had become the life of the party.

Carol had visited the punch bowl too many times and became extremely drunk. Being drunk, Carol made sure to put on a show worthy of Santa's little stripper. Carol was having a lot of fun being the Christmas party girl and being willing to get naked to get attention (she may even have decided to go without underwear). The women were horrified while the men reveled. One of the employees proposed to the president of the company, Tim, that he hire Carol full-time, which he considered.

Finally, Carol was ready to propose to Tim, so she approached him (with her skirt inside out) and told him that if he hired her, she would show him something that she could always give him.

Carol climbed her butt naked butt onto the photocopy machine and set out to take pictures of her butt, and she was having the time of her life. Carol was sure that when Tim saw the photos, he would hire her, but while Carol was having fun taking photos of her butt, the glass of the photocopier broke, and her naked butt fell on the wires, causing an electric shock to run through her body. Since she was extremely drunk, her reaction time was extremely slow, so she stayed sitting on the wires. The electrical current caused her heart to go into ventricular fibrillation, killing her.

Meanwhile, Tim and the employees were horrified to see her electrified, but still cute corpse. They asked someone to call an ambulance when they realized she was dead.

• Carol's name is a pun on Christmas caroling.
• This death is loosely based on Beavis in the episode Copy Machine in Beavis & Butthead. Beavis tries to copy his butt on the new copy machine, but breaks the glass and gets stuck inside. But unlike Beavis, Beavis wasn't electrocuted, he might cut his own femoral artery, but most likely survived.
• This death takes place 27 years after Butt F***ed, Brain Worms, Bank Ruptured, Tanked Girl, 4 years after Tumble Die and 2 years before Face Offed.
• This is similar to the fat guy who did the same thing thing with the copy machine on the security camera which he sat down and break and glass shattered his buttocks. (it’s unknown whether he got sent to the hospital or later presumably dead due to the glass shard cut to his artery’s.) Video on YouTube.
