"Eye So Horny", Way to Die #187, is the sixth death featured in "Death Certificates", which aired on July 15, 2012.
Plot[]
In a remote cabin in the woods of Clayton there was something in abundance: Stupidity, Del and Lonnie are two brothers that are also partners in a moonshine operation. Del is what you get if your mom smokes, drinks, and huffs paint throughout her pregnancy. While Lonnie was tagged for abortion but Mom went into a drug related coma and gave birth before she died. While drunk, Del decides that he is going to make a man out of Lonnie by making him a "bullfighter" in which Del attempts to charge at a red towel Lonnie is waving with the mounted, stuffed head of a deer. While charging at Lonnie at one point, Del trips over a bearskin rug, causing the antler of the deer to impale Del through the right eye and causing Del to die instantly from massive hemorrhaging, leaving Lonnie terrified.

- Del's death is similar to that of Shifty's death in Happy Tree Friends TV series episodes: "Who's to Flame?", Jared's death in Bowled Over, Giggles' death in Happy Tree Friends web series episodes: "Snow What? That's What!, and Evil Flippy's injury before death in Happy Tree Friends web series episode: "Remains to Be Seen".
- This death is also similar to Scam Eye Am (Dead), Dead Eye, Eye-Sick-Kill, Photo Dead-ick, Micro-whacked, and one of the collector's deaths in Succu Offed.
- This death takes place a day before Cat Fight On A Hot Tin Hood
- This is the third and last of three deaths where in the Latin American Spanish dub it's named "Ojo por Ojo" (Eye for an Eye). The first one is Eye-Sick-Kill and the second one is Eye Swallow.
- This death has similar elements in terms of involving moonshine compared to 'Dis Still Killed 'Em, but unlike in 'Dis Still Killed Em where it took place in the Great Depression Era (from 1929 to 1939) where the living conditions were so poor that some people, including innocent ones, have no choice but to resort to making moonshine to sustain themselves, this segment takes place in the early 21st century where the living conditions are normal and controlled by governmental policies.
