"Fire In The Hole", Way to Die #804, is the first death featured in "Wait, Don't Tell Me – You're Dead", which aired on August 15, 2011.
Plot[]
Casper was the leader of a Neo-Nazi gang known as "The Brotherhood" he runs in his prison cell. Recently he heard a rumor that his fellow prisoners would make an attempt on his life. So, he begins attempting to break out of prison. He calls his subordinate from the Brotherhood and the most idiotic member of the gang, Darren, to get arrested and smuggle a grenade into the prison and help him break out. What the guards did not know was that Casper's plan was to threaten the guards with the grenade and run out of the prison. Darren smuggles the grenade into the jail by shoving it into his rectum. An officer puts Darren in the same cell as Casper. Darren tries to excrete the grenade, but can't push it out his anus. So Casper decides to reach deep into Darren's rectum, only to accidentally pull out just the pin.
The grenade exploded inside Darren's rectum, expelling his bladder and all of his intestines, tearing his vena cava, aorta and other major blood vessels apart, and shattering all pelvic bones. Since Casper was too close to the explosion, it took him out as well, shattering his skull open and causing instant death.
Transcript[]
(Casper is seen studying in his cell)
Narrator: This is Casper. He is the leader of The Brotherhood, a nationwide Neo-Nazi gang he runs from his cell in a Florida State Prison.
Casper: We are the master race.
(Couple of prisoners look at Casper angrily as a guard brings him to his cell.)
Narrator: Casper’s hatred of blacks had turn the prison into a powder keg. The word was, they were planning to kill him. Casper needed to get out..
Guard #1: Close up 17!
Narrator: ..before he was carried out.
(The guard then closes the door of Casper’s cell once he got in.)
Mike Putnam: Typically in prison, gangs are divided by race for protection reasons mostly. If they don’t join the gang, they’re gonna be locked down.. 24 hours a day for their own safety. 1% of the prison’s population is part of a white supremacy group. Yet, 21% of all murders within prison are attributed to that group.
(Casper then gets out his phone and calls one of his members who is outside the prison. () is playing.)
Narrator: Casper had an escape plan, but he needed help.
(The nervous but idiotic member then answers his phone.)
Darren: Yeah?
Casper: Are you ready to stand up for The Brotherhood?
(Darren then chants The Brotherhood slogan in an idiotic way.)
Darren: White powder!
Narrator: That’s where Darren came in.
(Casper soon gets confused and questions Darren of his incompetence.)
Casper: Did you just say “white powder”?
Darren: Uh.. Sorry?
(Darren then gets stressed over his stupidity.)
Narrator: Darren was painfully stupid, even by Neo-Nazi standards. But as a new member of The Brotherhood, he needed to prove his loyalty.
Casper: Just do what I told you before. The guard will walk you right through, you have nothing to worry about.
Darren: Yeah, Mein fräulien! (My young lady!)
Casper: (angrily offscreen) Mein füher! (My leader!)
(Casper then shakes his head in disbelief over Darren’s incompetence. The latter later appears in the prison as two guards do a cavity search on him. () is playing)
Guard #1: Hands against the wall.
Narrator: All Darren had to do was get himself arrested. Casper paid off the guards..
(During the cavity search, Darren nervously looks at another guard.)
Guard #2: Don’t look at me!
(After hearing the yell, Darren then looks back at the wall.)
Narrator: ..who would bring him to his cell.
(The guard then presses on Darren’s anal gland, making him grunt in pain.)
Guard #1: Ya like that? Need a lot of that in here.
Narrator: What they didn’t know, Darren..
(CGI then shows a hand grenade up the human’s butt.)
Narrator: ..had hidden a hand grenade deep up his anal canal.
(The guards then complete the cavity search and take Darren to Casper’s cell.)
Narrator: Casper’s plan was to take a hostage, threaten the guards with a live grenade and make his escape.
(The guards soon bring Darren to Casper’s cell.)
Guard #2: Here’s your bitch.
(As the cell’s door closes. Darren tries to deliver the grenade out of his anus. () is playing.)
Narrator: The time has come for Darren to deliver.
Casper: Get that thing outta there!
(Darren attempts to excrete the grenade but later struggles.)
Narrator: But his sphincter went into lockdown.
(Darren screams as he can’t push the grenade out of his rectum. Having Casper shaking his head in disappointment.)
Narrator: Casper was forced to take things..
(Casper then puts on gloves as he prepares to pull the grenade out himself.)
Narrator: ..into his own hands.
Casper: Let’s party.
(Darren pulls his underwear down as his leader is about to do the unthinkable. () is playing. Casper then reaches right into Darren’s anus in search for the grenade, causing the latter to scream and struggle in pain while the former has his arm inside.)
Casper: Yeah, I almost got it! Relax for a second.
Narrator: One last mighty tug.
Darren: PULL IT!
Casper: Relax!
(Darren groans as Casper finally reaches for the grenade, only to pull out the pin out of the former’s butt.)
Narrator: And Casper’s Neo-Nazi party was over!
(Before Casper can react, the grenade inside Darren explodes. Killing him and his idiotic member and spilling blood everywhere in the former’s cell. Death By Brass is playing, CGI shows one human accidentally pulling the grenade pin out of the other human’s anus with the grenade blowing up, splattering blood, and blasting each other away.)
Dr. Rob Shapiro: When the grenade exploded, it shattered into hundreds if not thousands of metallic fragments, destroying everything in its path. Including major blood vessels; the vena cava, the aorta, the bladder, the rectum, shattering the bones of the pelvis, the flesh. Destroying that, leading to our victim’s rapid death. Since the accomplice was standing so close to the explosion itself, the concussive blast also killed him instantly.

Narrator: Casper was a hater.
Casper: We are the master race.
Narrator: Darren was an idiot.
(Darren grunts when the guard does a cavity search.)

- Interestingly, the reason Darren's sphincter may be blocked may be because one of the prison guards used his hand to squeeze Darren's anus, which could have pushed the grenade in and blocked the sphincter.
