Alexi had a kind of looks any guy or gal who would kill for, but she treaded all in for a goodnight sleep because she suffers from SUNDS, which stands for Sudden Unexpected Nocturnal Death Syndrome (aka Nightmare Syndrome), she had an intense nightmare about a demonic dwarf that strangled her and it caused a cardiac arrhythmia, killing her, sending her to heaven and finally allowing her to sleep in peace.

([] is playing, Alexi takes off the robe, Show his lace camisole underwear and female briefs)

Narrator: Alexi had the kind of looks any guy or gal who would kill for.

(Note that the camera has Alexi's Panties Hips exposed! Alexi goes to sleep)

Narrator: But she'd trade it all in for something most take for granted: A good night's sleep.

(But then, Alexi doesn't sleep comfortably, [] is playing)

Narrator: But every night she would have the same nightmare.

(A demonic dwarf does the fire eating, cursing Alexi)

Narrator: A creature would appear and try to suffocate her.

Dwarf: (Barks)

(Precussive Crime Science is playing, Alexi is cursed)

Narrator: This type of recuring nightmare is called SUNDS. Sudden Unexpected Nocturnal Death Syndrome. It involves a nocturnal visit of an evil being, that threatens to press the very life out of the dreamer. Since 1977, more than a hundred have died from this mysterious sleep disorder.

(Dwarf curses Alexi even more)

Alexi: No...

-Narrator: If you were a fly on Alexi's wall, you would see the bizarre sight of this beautiful woman.
-Alexi: (Moans of fear) NO...!!

-Narrator: Alone in her bed, being violently choked and thrashed within an inch of her life.
-Alexi: (MOANS OF PAIN)

-Narrator: But it was nothing but the baddest of bad dream.
-Alexi: (Moans of cry)

(Alexi is strangled to death, [] is playing, CGI shows the brain in sleep (While the eyes are shaking even it's closed) is n shock, the heart beats irregularly)

Narrator: Unable to wake up, Alexi was being frightened to the point where her heart was beating erratically. A fatal condition called cardiac arrhythmia.

(The cursing dwarf strangles Alexi)

Dwarf: (Growls)

([] is playing)

Narrator: The fiendish little person sat on her chest, wrapped his tiny little hands around her throat, and squeezed with all his might.

(The dwarf strangled Alexi to death)

Narrator: She died in her sleep. Cause of death: Heart attack.

([] is playing)

Narrator: They say if you die in a dream, you die for real.

Dwarf: (Barks)

Narrator: We can only ask Alexi if this were true, but she never woke up from her...Frightmare. Maybe we should ask the dwarf.

(The death card theme is heard, the dwarf breaks the 4th wall by making scary face to the camera)

SDS/SUDS/SUNDS (Sudden Death Syndrome/Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome/Sudden Unexpected Nocturnal Death Syndrome) is a real syndrome where many people have died from it since 1977.
The death, which involves nightmares as a key element, is based on the A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise with Freddy Krueger.
This death is one of few to not feature any interviewees.
This segment is also known as Dumb Nightmare on the German dub.
