"Gas Holed", Way to Die #278: is the third death featured in "Putting A Smiley Face On Death", which aired on September 14, 2010.
Plot[]
Dr. Butera was a effective but perverted proctologist who loved girls' butts, he had a patient named Maki, a pole dancer and actress in the pornographic industry, unfortunately Maki injured her rectum while filming and her butt hurt.
During the operation, Dr. Butera was ready to do his magic, for the operation he used a cauterizer (which serves like a scalpel but with the difference that when cutting the skin it does not bleed at all) but then Maki began to let out flatulence.
Apparently the proctologist forgot to tell the patient not to eat 12 hours before the surgery, Maki ate a chilli dog and during the operation her butt started barking. Butera lowered his mask, immersed himself in Maki's flatulence and proceeded to work, but before finishing the job, Maki's butt proceeded to shoot a powerful flatulence and a spark from the cauterizer ignited Maki's flatulence.
Dr. Butera accidentally inhaled the flame, it traveled up his trachea and burned his lungs, killing him and leaving his nurse shocked.
