"Heart On", Way to Die #403, is the sixth and final death featured in "I See Dead People (And They're Cracking Me Up)", which aired on April 5, 2009.
Plot[]
A man with some serious mental and sexual issues named Lucas, who has evidently never been with a woman before, learns from a magazine that you could even rig a cow heart up to a car battery and use it as a sex toy.
Aroused, Lucas buys a cow heart from a local slaughterhouse and nicknames it "Bessie", having sex with it after hooking it up to the battery. When that doesn't do the trick, Lucas then hooks the cow heart up to a 110-volt wall socket and attempts to have sex with it again, only to be promptly electrocuted to death, sending the perverted, but still good man to purgatory, awaiting to be judged.
