"Heim-licked", Way to Die #514, is the first death featured in "Death Certificates", which aired on July 15, 2012.
Plot[]
Chip is an obnoxious and nasty exercise instructor who blatantly favors women who are skinny and attractive (to the point of feeling them up during the exercises), and liked to insult overweight women. One in particular, Patty, had to put up with his arrogant, nasty and obnoxious behavior. At one point, she went to eat one of her snack cakes, when Chip belittled her again while eating the cake, much to the disgust of the other women. As Patty left in disgust, the foolish instructor began choking on the snack cake (caused by his constant taunting towards her as he ate it), at which the women laughed, thinking that he was faking it.
Desperate, he attempted a D.I.Y. Heimlich maneuver, only to bounce off of an exercise ball and impale himself on a water sprinkler at the roof of his mouth, but this did not kill him. The force of the impact caused Chip's neck to snap back, breaking the C2 and C3 vertebrae, and severing the spinal cord, killing him instantly.
Transcript[]
Narrator: The girls think Chip is joking, but he's really... choking. He tries a do-it-yourself Heimlich maneuver... (as Chip tries to do so to save himself from choking to death, he fails after bouncing off an exercise ball before landing on a sprinkler, impaling him and snapping his neck, killing him as the women scream in horror at the sight of his death) ...and nails the landing.

Narrator: Chip got off of making fun of fat people. But then he went from joking, (Chip begins choking) to choking...

- In the Latin American Spanish dub name, "Mal-obra" is a wordplay on "Mal" (Bad/Wrong) and "Maniobra" (Maneuver).
- This is also the final death to take place in Florida.
- This happened in Happy Tree Friends.
- In the CGI when Chip bounces off the exercise ball, the Battlespire moan is heard.
- It is unknown if Patty ever knew about Chip's death or not.
- Chip's death is similar to the death of Nicky from Out to Launch, since both feature a person getting launched into the air and getting their mouth impaled.
