"Hi-Jack Offed", Way to Die #754 is the sixth death to be featured in "Tweets From the Dead" which aired on March 26, 2012.

Plot[]

Percy was a hijacker looking to hijack a vehicle, posed as a hitchhiker to lure in potential targets, then a big truck passed by that he could live off of for months, Johnny was an apprentice truck driver and decided to help Percy even though his boss Dallas told him not to stop the truck.

Percy asked Johnny to check his engine and he did, while Johnny was checking the engine, Percy pulled out a gun and pointed it at him, Johnny asked for mercy and Percy said he wanted the truck, then Dallas got out and asked what was happening, Percy wanted her to shut up and Johnny tried to protect her but Dallas could take care of herself, she was a former female boxer and Percy learned the hard way not to mess with her.

Dallas gave him a push and Percy fell on the brake hose, the compressed air shot into his rectum, turning him into a human flesh balloon, Percy started screaming and dropped to the ground while Johnny and Dallas walked away, then the pressure was so strong that it caused Percy explode as if a bomb exploded inside his body, killing him and sending him to the Hell where he belonged, the explosion sent his remains flying and his blood splattered Johnny and Dallas along with the truck, leaving them horrified.

Trivia/Goofs[]

  • Revealing Mistake: An obvious, stagnant dummy is used for Percy when he explodes.
  • This death is loosely based on a real-life incident involving 48-year-old New Zealand native Steven McCormack. Steven accidentally fell on a compressed air hose, causing the line to enter his rectum and fill his body up with air. Unlike Percy, Steven survived the incident, having to spend three days in the hospital burping and farting the air out of his body and made a full recovery.
  • This death is similar to Rub-A-Dubbed Out.
  • This death takes place on the same day as Meat Your Maker, Heim-licked and Namas-dead.
  • Dallas name may be based on Dallas Wiens.
  • This is the last segment airing with 700's (#700-#799).
