"Jersey Gore", Way to Die #523, is the second death to be featured in "Hurry Up and Die", which aired on October 26, 2010.
Plot[]
If New Jersey was a state of mind, it would be a loud, rude, hateful state, say hello to Nicky, also known as "The Predicament", he liked to work on his 1985 Chevrolet Camaro with the music ear-splitting loud, his neighbor came out to politely ask him to turn down the volume but Nicky told her that she would like it, with his faux gold chain hanging above the running fan belt, or chain smoking next to an exposed gasoline, The Predicament, was disaster waiting to happen.
Alfred Delgado: It's better let a...professional handle uh... car repair, car customizing, something that simple as swapping out of rims and tires... somebody uses an aniquite jack to elevate it, they get underneath the car, jackivzaw... uh, nobody else around, car comes down, crushes him to death.
Nicky had less than a week to prepare her car for the summer at the Jersey Shore, the neighbor came out again and yelled at Nicky that she asked him nicely to turn down the volume and decided to call the police, but Nicky's music was so loud that he couldn't hear it nor did he hear the street sweeper approaching, Nicky got out from under his car and the momentum of his dolly carried him directly into the path of the sweeper's brushes, causing him to go from predicament, to predictably dead while he screamed and the neighbor was horrified.
Vito La Morte: A street sweeper's main inside rooms... consist of thousands harsh wire brushes, designed to sweep and feed trash material into a powerful magnet. Nicky's body... would've been... shredded into mulch and sucked into the bag of the 3.6 cubic yard hopper.
Killing him and sending this crude rude dude to Hell where he belonged.
Narrator: Nicky was one crude rude dude. It was high time that fate stepped in and gave him...the brush-off.

Trivia[]
- The nickname of Nicky is a parody of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, one of the main characters of the reality TV show "Jersey Shore". Predicament and situation are also both synonyms of each other.
- This death takes place exactly 52 years after Bad Hair Day and 6 years after Mail Order Fried.
- This death could've had alternate endings like (Furdered, Homie's Dead, and Offed the Hook). In this death, the other 2 deaths could've been a necklace that got into the engine fan blade and a cigarette that could trigger an explosion.
- This death is slightly similar to DWI: Dying While Intoxicated, where the victim died because she got into the underside of a lawnmower and her body was shredded there.
- This death had the lowest amount of bodily remains of every other death in the show if you don't count the disintegrating by explosion or compacting deaths.
