Plot[]
Jasmine was a bisexual real estate agent who had a very strange sells technique, she tried to seduce all her clients, couples, single men, even single women. One day Jasmine got a gold mine and met Janine, Janine was a potential buyer, she had a lot of money from her dad and she was a lesbian sexaholic.

Narrator: They're... vigorous negotiating caused the dryer's improperly connected fuel line to unhooked, releasing natural gas into the room. Natural gas is odorless which makes it dangerous if there's a leak. Sulfur compound called files, are added to give it a noticeable smell.
(While 2 CGI humans are having sex, the gas enters into the water-heater, the heater ignites as the gas makes contact, it blows up, killing both of them)
Narrator: By the time Janine smelled something fishy, it was too late. The enclosed room was filled with highly combustible methane. And when the water heater fired up, the gas exploded with the force of a stick of dynamite.
