"No Fun-gus", Way to Die #661, is the second death to be shown in the season 6 episode (and series finale) "Death, The Final Frontier", which aired on July 15, 2012.
Plot[]
Chad, a former alcoholic, was sober for 30 days and his friends were throwing a sobriety party for him for his accomplishment, unfortunately Chad made the mistake of bringing his still-alcoholic wife, Sandy, who claimed that those 30 days were among the most boring of her life.
Sandy didn't care about being sober and just wanted to get wasted again, She swallowed several alcoholic drinks in her bag and prepared to leave extremely drunk, in a short time it was obvious that Sandy was drunk, then Sandy saw that there was homemade mushroom pizza and started eating without manners, but what Sandy didn't know was that the pizza had ink cap mushrooms, which are perfectly safe to eat, except if mixed with alcohol as they contain a mycotoxin called Coprine.
Finally, Sandy revealed her last fun which was a bottle of vodka and she staggered to the punch to drink even if they killed her and she poured the vodka into the punch and drank it while the guests tried to stop her, when she finished, Sandy shouted: "I'm wasted!" and seconds later, fell dead because the alcohol mixed with the Coprine from the mushrooms she ate, metabolized into 1-aminocyclopropanol, an enzyme that prevented the alcohol in Sandy's systems from metabolizing, which then went to her heart, leading to cardiac arrest, sending the drunken bitch to gluttony, the third circle of Hell where she belonged, leaving the guests in shock and Chad devastated.
Narrator: Sandy spoiled the sobriety party with her stupid, drunken antics. She got so wasted, she didn't just pass out, she passed... on.

- Charles Iacuzzo (the uncredited actor who portrays Chad's Friend) also played as Toby in Texas Fold 'Em.
