"Oz Holed", Way to Die #638, is the fifth death to be featured in "Cure for the Common Death, Part I", which was aired on March 22, 2009.
Plot[]
Taylor and Conrad were two mega-fans of Ozzy Osbourne (a real-life heavy metal singer). To prepare for Ozfest, Taylor has a container of fire ants so that he and Conrad would snort as there is a rock and roll legend that Ozzy snorted a line of fire ants with Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx. However, after snorting a few, the fire ants sting their nasal cavities and the two suffocate to death, sending these losers to hell, then Jules Sylvester showed up and mocked the stupidity of these idiots, told them to stay where they were and he left.
Jules Sylvester: Stupid bastards. A couple hundred fire ants won't necessarily kill you, but if you inhale them into your nasal cavity and down your throat, you can't breathe, you die. A couple of big jerks. Ozholes. Stay. Stay.
Transcript[]
(Begins with a flash-forward of the two idiots in pain)
Narrator: This next story is a warning to all who worship false gods. It can be extremely hazardous to your health.
(Flashback to the guys in question sitting at a picnic table)
Narrator: Taylor and Conrad's deity? Ozzy Osbourne.
Narrator: To say they are Ozzy fans does a huge disservice to their complete obsession with the aging rocker.
Narrator: They live...
Conrad: Ozzy.
Narrator: They breath. They eat.
Narrator: Their commitment to Ozzy knows no bounds.
Narrator: Today's the big day: Ozzfest is in town. And Taylor has a special treat for his friend.
Narrator: Rock and Roll legend has it that Ozzy and Nikki Sixx once snorted a line of ants to show just how hardcore they were.
Taylor: It's ants, man! Fire ants, man.
Narrator: Taylor and Conrad want to be hardcore too. A couple lines of fire ants should do the trick.
Jules Sylvester: As soon as you snort up the fire ants into your nose, the first thing they'll do is bite.
(Shows a CGI recreation of fire ants in the nasal cavity biting and stinging the soft tissue, causing it to swell up)
Jules Sylvester: And immediately upon biting, they sting. They'll inject as much venom as they can. They are very, very pissed off. And rightly so.
Jules Sylvester: That will cause intense pain, hence the headbanging. Lots of drooling, lots of screaming, wrenching of the eyes, trying to clear the nose out. You got to have very long things to get the ants out of your nose, and that's just not gonna happen.
(Shows a CGI recreation of the esophagus going into anaphylactic shock)
Jules Sylvester: Then the swelling starts. That'll start closing up the nose, you can't breathe. The trachea starts to close up. Suffocation follows.
(Baroque Death is playing)
(Jules Sylvester comes by, crouches and lectures these 2 losers)

(Jules' lecture ends, leaves the losers behind)

- This features only time one of the interviewees actually makes an appearance in the segment itself, with animal trainer Jules Sylvester breaking the fourth wall and chastising the two dead teenagers about what led to their deaths.
- This death took place on the same day as Lady & The Trampled.
- While Ozzy Osborne never actually snorted ants, he did once snort up a spider according to Jake E. Lee, however in this segment, they can't find the spider so they putting fire ants instead.
- Like Sucked Offed, Jules narrated the conclusion before the deathcard.
- This is one of the deaths where the death name is mentioned, but in this case, it's said by Jules Sylvester while gloating at the losers and he actually said 'Ozholes', not 'Oz Holed'
- The cause of death would eventually be repeated in African't, however in that segment, the victim was unconscious when he inhaled the ants
