"Piss Offed", Way to Die #90, is the fourth death featured in "It's a Dead, Dead, Dead World", which aired on July 15, 2012.

Plot

Predatory ski instructor Tommy has a tendency to sleep with his students, mostly females, going as far as to engage in non-penetrative sex with them. One of them is a newly-enrolled ski student named Casey. During the initial stages of intercourse, Case complains about the cold so Tommy turns on his electric blanket, wherein they continue the act. After having intercourse, Casey has to pee, and it is revealed then that Tommy has a urine fetish (Urolagnia), and he asks Casey to pee on him. The bed's worn out electric blanket shorts out as a result of the "golden shower", killing them both from electrocution.

Trivia

• Instead of showing Casey pee on the bed in the CGI, they portrayed her as a raincloud. This was done for censorship purposes.
• This is the final death to use the "Innocent Death" tune.
• The deaths of Tommy and Casey is similar to that of Lifty's death in Happy Tree Friends TV episode, "As You Wish", Russell's death in Happy Tree Friends TV series episode, "In a Jam", and Petunia's death in Happy Tree Friends TV series episode, "Home is Where the Hurt Is".
• It is based off the death of a 6 year old Chinese boy from Changsha, Hunan, Mainland China.
• In the German version, it has a scene where they go in the room.
• The name of this episode is similar to Way to Die #210.
• This death takes place a day before De-faced.
• This is the last segment airing with 0's (#1-#99).

Goofs/Errors

• Continuity: When Tommy and Casey died in their bed, in the shot where Tommy just died, his eyes and mouth are opened, but some shots after that, his eyes and mouth are shut.
• Character Error: Dr. Boyd Flinders clarifies that body fluid produced from having sex caused the electrocution of Tommy and Casey, despite the fact Casey's peeing on the electric blanket obviously caused the electrocution.
