Plot[]
A junkie named Courtney snuck into the garage door of the hospital after sending the ambulances out by making a bogus 911 call. She smuggled several bottles of morphine and tried to rush out through the closing garage door. But, she dropped a couple of bottles and when she tried to reach for them, the door with the broken safety switch crushed her to death, sending her to hell.

Narrator: This is Courtney. She's being crushed by an unforgiving garage door.
Narrator: Somebody should call an ambulance.

- It is based on the death of Yneekah Garcia. She lost her life in a similar way on May 30, 2009.
- This death starts at the moment Courtney is being crushed by the door, and then flashes back for us to figure out how she died.
- Courtney's death is somewhat similar to that of Nutty's death in the Happy Tree Friends TV series episode, "Chew Said a Mouthful".
- Courtney died the same day that the actress Barbara Valentin died.
