"Shit Faced", Way to Die #385, is the fourth death to be featured in "Dead and Deader", which aired on February 15, 2009.
Plot[]
Why is this man standing in his bathroom doorway, holding an enema bag? A simple question with a complicated answer.
Mickey is a die-hard alcoholic with a twist. A recent throat operation had left him unable to drink. Clarissa, his long-suffering wife, has been doing her best to keep him in line, but she's no match for a lifelong boozer going cold turkey.
That explains and brings us back to the enema bag in the first place.
Mickey needed help with his rectal cocktail. At first, Clarissa resisted, but he broke her down. She reluctantly rounded up a bottle of sherry (an Andalusian Spanish wine) and emptied the contents into his enema bag.
The bar was now open and it was happy hour. It felt like heaven to Mickey; by contrast, the ordeal felt like hell to Clarissa.
Before he can get out of the bathroom, Mickey is completely hammered. Clarissa beds him down thinking he could sleep it off, but not this time. His blood alcohol level has shot up to .57 and he died from alcohol poisoning, since anything .40 and over is fatal.

(Baroque Death is playing)
Narrator: Why is this man standing in his bathroom doorway, holding an enema bag? A simple question with a complicated answer. Mickey is a raging alcoholic with a twist. A recent throat operation has left him unable to drink.
(After the explanation on alcohol, Mickey lies on the bed)
Narrator: Clarissa, his long-suffering wife, has been doing her best to keep him in line, but she's no match for a lifelong drunk going cold turkey.
(Mickey has an idea, [] is playing)
Narrator: That bring us back to the enema bag.
Danielle Jagoda: Alcoholics will go to... extremely drinking, nail polish, various things just to get some sort of alcohol in their body. People will do- all sort of things.
([] is playing)
Narrator: Mickey needed help with his butt-bag cocktail.
(Clarissa denies Mickey's plan)
Narrator: At first, Clarissa resisted, but he broke her down.
(As that, Clarissa pours alcohol in the enema bag)
Narrator: She rounded up a bottle of sherry and dumped it into Mr. Squishy.
(Clarrissa turns the enema bag upside down as the tube is inserted in Mickey's rectum, [] is playing)
Mickey: Oh! It's cold...!
Narrator: The bar was now open and its happy hour.
Mickey: Damn, baby...! This feels weird...!
Clarissa: Is that enough? Oh!
Mickey: The whole thing...!
Clarissa: (Crying-like laughing)
Mickey: Oh, thank you... Ah...
(De-Coffinated is playing)
Jason Romero: Taking alcohol... in the rectum, um, it's very venous. There's lot of like uh, veins and certain can be absorb through the...
(CGI alcohol enters in the intestine, enters in the blood vessel, melts the vessel)
Jason Romero: intestines inside the rectum, um, it goes in the system, but it's gonna bypass the liver where it's... normally broken down. But 90% of them are broken down, when drink in the liver.
(Baroque Death is resuming, Mickey stumbles)
Clarissa: Whoa! Hold up there, cowboy! You okay?
Narrator: Before he can get out of the bathroom, Mickey is completely hammered. Clarissa beds him down thinking he'll sleep it off, but not this time. His blood alcohol level has shot up to .57.
Jason Romero: Anything over... uh, .40 and up, would cause coma and death.
(Clarissa pats Mickey)
Narrator: Mickey's drinking days... are over.
(As Mickey dies from alcohol poisoning, he dies on his bed)
