Doug joins his brother Jim

"Six Feet Plunder", Way to Die #427, is the third death to be featured in "Killing Them Softly", which aired on March 9, 2011.

Plot

Over the years, Doug and Jim never got along; when their parents died, they left Jim their entire fortune, and when Jim died, he left everything to his dog. Out of jealousy and greed, Doug now plans to rob the grave. After digging open the grave and opening the coffin, Doug takes out the jewelry Jim requested to be buried with, from a $30,000 Rolex watch to $100,000 in rings. One of the rings got stuck, so Doug took the finger off and put it back. Doug then searches for more valuables, but in the process of the heist, he had dug too close to the headstone; a few minutes after Doug takes the watch and rings, the monument topples over and falls on top of him, pinning him to Jim and crushing him to death. In the end, Doug joins Jim and their parents in the afterlife, thus ceasing his family's legacy.

"The black sheep would finally have some of the family's riches, but he made a grave error."
