"Slayer Cake", Way to Die #881, is the fifth death to be featured in "Death: One Size Fits All", which aired on August 29, 2011.
Plot[]
Marianne, the owner of a small bakery, fires her underachieving brother-in-law, Elias, after only a few days, learning of his incompetence through phone calls from unhappy customers (including one that was hospitalized due to him accidentally delivering a strawberry cake that might be probably undercooked when they asked for chocolate). In a fit of rage, Elias decorates that day's cakes with slanderous, offensive messages directed towards her and the seemingly-ungrateful customers. The offensive words he wrote on the cakes are “Scum”, “Brat”, “Bitch”, and also “Die”, replacing “Happy Birthday, Tyler”, doing so with the tube that he could write with to ensure clarity. Satisfied with his work, he proceeds to leave, only to trip on a tray that dropped onto the ground earlier and accidentally stabbed himself with the frosting tube, injecting a glob of icing straight into his heart. Elias has just enough strength to turn over and scream in horror at the tube in his chest before quickly dying of a heart attack from both the tube stabbing his heart as the glob of frosting is enough of an embolism that it causes his heart to explode, sending him to Hell. Marianne comes in wondering about the noise, and screams in horror upon seeing Elias.
