"Slippery When Dead", Way to Die #242, is the third death to be featured in "Death: One Size Fits All", which has been originally aired on August 29, 2011.
Mariah is a hot oil wrestler fighting for a $500 cash prize. During the competition, she faces Samantha. Samantha is a wrestler who came very close to beating Mariah the last time they fought. During the match, Mariah beats her rival once again, only to slip and impale her skull on the spike of the boxing ring bell being used, killing her instantly. The timekeeper, shocked, shouts, "WHOSE IDEA WAS IT TO PUT A SPIKE ON THIS BELL?!?"
"Mariah is ready to put Samantha away, but loses her footing, and gets her bell... rung."
