"Smoke-A-Doped", Way to Die #463, is the fifth death to be featured in "Gratefully Dead", which aired on January 13, 2010.
Plot[]
Mindy and Lex are a nymphomaniac couple who love to get it on. Lex (who hates that Mindy is a smoker) gives her an ultimatum after she lights a cigarette after sex: Either stop smoking or there will be no more sex. Not wanting to give up sex, she places a month's worth of nicotine patches all over her body, thinking they would help her beat her addiction overnight. The excess of nicotine from the patches overloads her system and she dies of cardiac arrest.
"Mindy didn't wanna lose out on one day of Lex's boning, but if she was going to stop smoking, she wanted to get it over with. To that end, she put a month's worth of nicotine patches on her body to quit once and for all overnight."

(Massive Hip Hop Sex is playing, the couple takes their clothes off, about to make out)
Narrator: Mindy was a lot like a guy. She mush ran to get it on, and then waste time with feelings.
(The couple starts make out)
Narrator: Her boyfriend, Lex was the perfect match sexually. He liked to feed her addiction all day long.
(De-Coffinated (Reconstructed) is playing)
Stacy Kaiser: A person who is a sex addict, isn't only addicted to the act itself. They're addicted to the experience and the pleasure that's coming from their brain. And it's something you feel like you could control, like you could go out and get more of that, and that's what often lead to sex addiction.
(The couple rests for while, [] is playing, Mindy smokes cigarette)
Narrator: Lex loved one of Mindy's addictions, but not the other.
Lex: You seriously gonna smoke now?
Narrator: In fact, he hated cigarettes, and he had reached the point where the stroken and poken was no longer worth than smoking.
(Lex disapponts over Mindy's smoke addiction, decides to leave the bed)
Mindy: Please!
Lex: Here's the deal: If you're gonna continue smoking, no more sex for you.
(Lex leaves, let Mindy alone, still smoking, [] is playing)
Narrator: It was a no brainer. Mindy liked smoking, but she loved sex.
(Supernatural is playing)
Stacy Kaiser: There is so much potential fear in agitation about the experience of who joined for nicotine... that it could drive a person to want to do sing rational.
([] is playing, Mindy decides to place nicotine patches on her body)

(CGI shows the nicotine in the vein, drives to the brain)
Dr. Steven Kim: When you're giving yourself that huge of a dose of nicotine, er... you're actually going to overstimulate your neural system. This increase matter of dopamine could result hallucination.
Narrator: Mindy's hallucination only got worse as her pleasure centers were overloaded with nicotine.
Dr. Steven Kim: That's going to cause a summatory response um... on your heart. Because it's overworking, then your heart can fail.
(After all patches she placed, Mindy loses consciousness, dies)
Narrator: Mindy thought that you could kick an addiction with a patch job. Instead, she wound up... smoking herself.
