How it unfolded[]
Helicopter Pilot Benjamin H. Moore was carrying a cooling tower after he heard a loud bang and the helicopter started to spin around, the rear rotor blade stopped working. The only solution was to land the helicopter and ended up nose diving into the ground destroying the entire helicopter. Benjamin survived and only exited the helicopter with a cut open nose.
