After a cobra snake bites David Weathers on January 29, 2003. It is the thirteenth and final escaped death in 1000 Ways to Die (if the escaped death segment of a news reporter isn't included).

How it unfolded[]
David Weathers owns a snake farm in Punta Gorda, Florida. He handles pretty much every type of snake and so he knows to be very careful. It all came to a panic when he gets bitten in the stomach after a cobra shoots out of a box he wanted to close. His friends immediately brought him to a hospital. Since a drop is enough to kill a person in 1 hour his friends ignore all kinds of traffic rules to save his life. After arriving at a hospital he's told that the antidote needs to be flown in from 300 km but it arrives just in time to save his life. Since then David is more careful with his venomous snakes.
