"Teller She's Dead", Way to Die #644, is the first death to be featured in "Wild Wild Death", which aired on November 21, 2011.
Plot[]
Sarah was the assistant manager of the Liekowski Savings and Loan Bank and she and her best friend Tracey had a plan to rob the bank, putting themselves on easy street for the rest of their lives.
Sarah offered to stay late and close the bank, when it was almost closing time it was only Sarah and security guard Norm left, who was finishing a crossword puzzle. Then Tracey arrived, knocked Norm senseless and pointed her gun at Sarah, Tracey tied up Norm, climbed behind the counter and went with Sarah to the vault.
Sarah put the code on the door, they entered and Tracey sprayed a camera inside the vault with a can of paint, then Tracey took off her mask and the best friends relished how easy their robbery was, they filled Tracey's backpack with money and they continued with the plan.
Sarah was locked in the vault and Tracey escaped, when she came out, Tracey activated the fire alarm, Sarah would be rescued and the best friends would get the money, everything seemed to be going right, but then something happened, Sarah didn't know that the vault had a firefighting system that used carbon dioxide, it was capable of putting an end to any fire, and with Sarah, the system was activated and began to fill the vault with carbon dioxide, Sarah knocked on the door, trying to ask for help, but in a short time the vault filled with carbon dioxide, putting out her life.
Narrator: Sarah came up with a foolproof plan for some easy money. But in this case, a fool and her money were easily departed.

- Surprisingly, the date on the camera feed is December 9, 2006, not 2005.
- Although unidentified actors and actresses who played the security guards named Norm and Tracey the Bank Robber, despite them being uncredited.
- The European Spanish name for this segment translates to "Extinguished" which is also the name of a death from the same season as this one.
- Sarah's death is similar to that of Defalt's death in Watch Dogs - Bad Blood Mission: The Verdict.
- It is unknown what happened to Tracey, but considering that in 1000 Ways to Die the bad guy/gal always gets what he/she deserves, it can be assumed that she could have been caught and charged with robbery, aggression and indirect murder.
