"Vuvu... whatever, he's dead.", Way to Die #398, is the fourth death featured in "Death Puts On a Dunce Cap", which aired on November 2, 2010.
Plot[]
At a soccer match, an extremely passionate and obnoxious soccer fan named José enthusiastically purchases a vuvuzela and begins to play it with great fervor, exerting more and more effort with each resounding blast. Unfortunately for him, the relentless blowing of the horn leads to a dangerous buildup of pressure, resulting in severe brain damage that leads to his demise.
Transcript[]
(British Street Death is playing, footage of soccer fans is shown)
Narrator: It's a well-known fact; soccer fans are crazy.
([] is playing, we're about to meet the most annoying soccer fan ever lived)
Narrator: And one of the craziest, most annoying of them all, is José.
José: ¡¡No es gol!!
(Baroque Death is playing)
Skoti Collins: Soccer' is something you're born with. And something you live for every day on a day by day basis. It's something that you're very very passionate about...
(Footage of soccer fans watching soccer on the big screen, one of these two had Japan vs Korea match)
Skoti Collins: whether you're in school, work, and soccer does come before anything else, including the wife.
(On The Run is playing, José passes the tail to buy something in the merchandise)
Narrator: Always looking for new ways to be an even bigger jerk, José got himself the most annoying noise making device known to mankind: a 120 decibel-trumpet called a vuvuzela.
(José buys and starts blow it before going back to the stands)
Narrator: Which is louder than a chainsaw.
(Later, José blows vuvuzela annoyingly, Master of Death is playing)
Narrator: Back in the stands, José got busy with his noise maker. As his team started winning, he turned up the volume.
(Caffeine Death is playing)
Narrator: Every time this blowhard, blew hard, he was one short and winded breath, from death
(As José blew too hard, he feels the headache, falls, bunks his head on the seat, dies; Future Heartbeats is playing)
Dr. Pavel Bindra: An aneurysm is a tiny bleb, if you will, in the blood vessel. Think of it like a weakness in a balloon which may pop up when you blow air into it.
(CGI human blow the vuvuzela, hard, causes to the lungs inhale and exhale fast, the aneurysm explodes, bleeds)
Dr. Pavel Bindra: Effectively, the pressure inside the blood vessel starts going up, if there's any weakness in the blood vessels that bleb may open up and burst. The blood starts collecting in the skull, and it can squash your brain like a pumpkin.

Narrator: If you are ever unlucky enough to find yourself sitting down next to an idiot like José,
José: ¡¡No es gol!!
Narrator: just tell him to go blow it out his... vuvuzela. Goal!

- The Latin American Spanish dub, only has voiceover from the experts and narrator because José only talks Spanish in the story.
- This is one of the five deaths that occurred on November 21, 2009. The other four are Hillary Snuffed, Gooed Riddance, Mudder Sucked, and Die-drant.
- This is the only death without a pun.
- Coincidently, Skoti Collins was in another spike show involving death called Deadliest Warrior.
