The warning notes are displayed in each episode. But the US and the UK Version are different.
The US version has this note: Warning: in this program stories shown to real deaths written based on and visually it is quite disturbing protecting the identities of the dead for names have been changed do not perform any of the moves depicted here because you will die
The UK version has this note:

In addition, in Season 1, the US Version warning is similar to the UK Version, it reads:

NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO PROTECT THE IDENTITIES OF THE DECEASED. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRY ANY OF THE ACTIONS DEPICTED. YOU WILL DIE!" |
Trivia[]
- Because the US version is copyrighted, the UK version has a different warning note.
- The UK version of the warning note is longer than the US version.
- The UK and the US version of the warning note are similar, as they both have the same ending note.
- Unlike the US version, the UK version describes the dead.
