"You're So Vein", Way to Die #277, is the fourth death featured in the Season One finale "I See Dead People (And They're Cracking Me Up)", which aired on April 5, 2009.
Plot[]
It was a very special day for the man behind the blinds. His name was Scott Randall and this was the day he was scheduled to die by lethal injection. Randall was bad to the bone. Three people died by his hand, and you wouldn't want to know how he did it. The families of his victims were there to make sure he got what was coming. A good actor when he wasn't killing anyone, Randall relished his final role.
Lethal injection involves a number of drugs. The first was sodium pentothal, which was supposed to knock the inmate out, and then potassium chloride finishes him off. But there was a hitch. Even with enough drugs in his system to drop out a rhino, Randall's heart didn't skip a beat because the straps were too tight on his arm.
The authorities were shocked by this, then the order came in for Randall to be released. From there, the convicted murderer (and phenomenal scumbag) had a new lease on life. Randall was unstrapped and he started cursing at his victims' families and attempts to break the glass, scaring them away. But in the middle of his rage, Randall went down and out. The reason he didn't die before is that the straps were too tight and were acting like a tourniquet.
"SON OF A BITCHES!!!" -Scott Randall's last words before the drugs find the thing people swore he never had, a heart, and finished him off.
Once they were unstrapped, the drugs found the one thing most people swore Randall never had: a heart, and it finished him off and sending him straight to the place where he belongs, and that is Hell, where he won't be killing any more people.
"The authorities were mystified. Then the order came in. Scott Randall, a convicted murderer and lifetime scum, had a new lease on life. But in the middle of his fury, Randall went down...and then out."

(Angry Ed is playing, officer opens the curtain, Scott shows up)
Scott: (Laughs) Hello, suckers!
Narrator: It is a special day for the man behind the blinds. His name was Scott Randall and this was the day he was scheduled to die by lethal injection.
-Scott: Ooooooooooo... (Laughs)
-Narrator: Randall was bad to the bone.
Narrator: Three people died by his hand, and you don't want to know how.
(The prison guard wears the glove)
Scott: What do you doing, Skappy?
Narrator: The families of his victims were there to make sure he got what was coming.
(Another guard squeezes Scott's left arm with the belt)
Narrator: A too bit actor when he wasn't killing anyone, Randall relished his final role.
(The guard uses the syringe)
Scott: Slip the juice to me, Bruce.
Narrator: A lethal injection involves a number of drugs. The first, sodium pentothal is supposed to knock the inmate out, and then potassium chloride finishes him off.
(The guard injects to the wire)
Scott: Here's come death.
Narrator: But there was a hitch.
Scott: Nothin'. I don't feel a thing. (Whistles) Nothin'! (Laughs)
Narrator: Even with enough drugs in his system to drop out a rhino, Randall's heart didn't skip a beat.
Scott: Nada. (Nothing.) (Laughs)
Dr. Kim Henderson: I think that this guy wasn't Superman and that the reason when he stayed alive was because the tourniquet was too tight on his arm, and the drug wasn't able to flow, pass the injection sight to his heart where it will supposed to go.
(The guard calls the president of the police)
Narrator: The authorities were mystified.
-Scott: Hihihi. Please sir, may I have more?
-Narrator: Then the order came in.
(The president of the police orders to:)
President: Release him.
Narrator: Scott Randall, a convicted murderer and lifetime scum, had a new lease on life.
(Guards release Scott)
Scott: Nothing into it. You ****** couldn't kill me. You ****** couldn't kill me!
(Scott takes the IV fluid post)
Scott: Son of a bitches!!
(Cut in Two Part B (Reconstructed) is playing, Scott rams the glass, people run away, but Scott losing his consciousness)
Narrator: But in the middle of his fury, Randall went down...
(Scott dies)
Narrator: ...and then out.
(Flashback)
Narrator: Once unstrapped, the drugs found the one thing most swore Randall never had: a heart and finished him off.
Dr. Steven Burstein: When you deliver drug, you always take the tourniquet off. Otherwise, there is no drain initial for compound into the central circulation to just sitting his arm.
Narrator: It's hard to justify one death with another, but a creep like Scott Randall? He deserved to die.
(Guards surprise as they succeed to kill the creepy criminal)

- Scott Randall is actually the name of one of the crew members behind each episode of 1,000 Ways to Die.
- A similar situation plays out in Way to Die #401, where the victim is named after another one of the members of the show.
- According to IMDb, the legend Aye Jaye passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 83 (Undisclosed).
- As of 2009, the state of New Mexico has abolished the death penalty.
- Scott saying, "Please, sir. May I have some more?", is a reference to the Charles Dickens novel, Oliver Twist.
